6-Hour and 12-Hour Boards Finalized

At least, Toby and I synced up and the 6- and 12-Hour boards should now be accurate. A gentle note about RDBoard leaderboard discrepancy with the official rankings:

...turn off your listening if you don't care about mundane technical details...

I thought it'd be a good idea to add CTA1 and CTA2 to the leaderboard to show the flow of the course a bit, since those are places most of the teams will be going through, we could capture times there, etc. But they aren't really CPs. And for that matter, neither are the start and finish on the leaderboard, not in reality, anyway. But RDBoard for the Goldrush is configured to rank based status, CP count, and time. In this case, it's counting the Start, CTA1, CTA2, and Finish as CPs. So the counts for RDBoard and the counts from the passports will differ by 1-4, depending on the team.

I'll fix this in the future so RDs can put waypoints/check stations that don't actually have any bearings on rank. There is a workaround currently in RDBoard (use the weighted CP ranking and weight S, CTA1, CTA2, and F as 0 points each), but should be a clean way to do it as well.
